Welcome to Qiraah Sanctuary. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Qiraah Sanctuary provides a digital platform for listening to Quranic recitations, Islamic stories, and related spiritual audio content. We offer both free content and Premium subscriptions with enhanced features.

2. Accounts and Security

To access certain features, you must authenticate using a third-party provider (e.g., Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Qiraah Sanctuary is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your device or account.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

A. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Qiraah Sanctuary offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

B. Cancellations and Refunds

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. All charges are handled by the respective app stores, and Qiraah Sanctuary cannot issue direct refunds.

4. Account Sharing and Fair Use

A Premium subscription grants a license for use by a single individual. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your login credentials with multiple individuals.
• Rapidly transferring "Restore Purchases" tokens across multiple disparate accounts or devices to bypass the paywall.
• Reselling or attempting to commercialize your account access.

We utilize automated systems to detect subscription abuse. We reserve the right to implement transfer cooldown periods, suspend, or permanently ban accounts found violating this policy, without notice and without refund.

5. User Conduct

If you participate in community features (such as comments or Duas), you agree to maintain a respectful, clean, and spiritually appropriate tone. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that post offensive, spam, or inappropriate material.

6. Video Creation and Sharing

Qiraah Sanctuary includes a feature allowing users to create cinematic video clips by combining the app's audio and visual interfaces with their device's camera feed or provided backgrounds. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• Personal Responsibility: All video rendering occurs locally on your device. We do not host, monitor, or store these generated videos on our servers. You are solely responsible for the visual content you capture and share on third-party platforms.
• Respectful Context: You agree not to combine sacred Quranic audio or text overlays with visual backgrounds that are offensive, illegal, explicit, or otherwise disrespectful to the Islamic faith.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to share these generated clips on social media strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use these clips to misrepresent or harm the Qiraah Sanctuary brand.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Qiraah Sanctuary app and all content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor are we liable for any user-generated content created or shared using our offline tools.
