When you log in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication), we securely receive only the basic profile information permitted by your provider: Your Name, Email Address, Profile Picture, and a unique User ID.
If you choose to interact with the community, we collect data you voluntarily provide, including Comments, Duas, and Support Requests.
We use Firebase Analytics to improve the app. We track: Listening Metrics (time, sleep timers, loops), App Engagement (screens viewed, favorite lists), and Technical Events (crashes, performance data).
All subscription payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card details or financial information. We only receive a secure "purchase token" to verify your premium access.
The Sanctuary app requests access to your device's camera to allow you to record custom background videos for your recitation clips. All video recording and processing happens strictly locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your camera feed or generated video files to our servers. Videos are only shared or saved to your device's photo gallery when you explicitly choose to do so via native sharing or saving options.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your data at any time. We provide an easy way to delete your account directly within the Profile Settings of the app. Alternatively, you may visit our Account Deletion Page to request complete removal of your data.
